...whether you're looking for an easy stroll, or a heart-pumping hill climb. This park is also a really nice spot for a picnic, with decent shelters and playgrounds, as well as areas for riding horses and access to the Minnesota River for fishing.
Tucked away in the river bluffs along U.S. 169 between Mankato and St. Peter, Seven Mile Creek County Park is easy to miss but well worth the stop.
